Hand exercises designed by researchers to increase the autonomy of Parkinson’s patients

A fifteen minutes session of hand exercises improves mobility and dexterity in Parkinson’s patients. It has been proved by researchers from the University of Granada. With just a small intervention, they have been able to improve mobility in the arms, hands and fingers of patients, helping them to perform tasks such as writing or buttoning.
