Researchers of the CSIC in Cádiz develop a system to be able to know in advance when jellyfish groups will arrive to the coast. Knowing this information would permit administrations taking preventive measures, as the placement of an anti-jellyfish network, so they don’t arrive to the coast.

An app informs people with reduced mobility about adapted beaches in Almería
A mobile app allows locating the beaches of Almería which are adapted to people with reduced mobility. Its objective is to attract a type of tourist who plans his holidays in advance and travels with all the family.
Volunteers who offer reparations to elders are the winners of our solidarity category in 2014
Volunteers in Cádiz make small reparation in the homes of elders affected by reduced mobility and with few economic resources. It is the initiative ‘Botched Jobs without Frontiers’, a project in which more than 20 volunteers of the province of Cádiz participate offering this service for free.
