Pedro Olivares was born in Valencia but he has taken root in la Sierra de Segura (Jaén), between Benatae, his father’s hometown, and La Puerta de Segura, her mother’s hometown. It is precisely there where he has set up Bodegas Tobar, a family business which produces wines sold to international restaurants.
