Thanks to a memory workshop developed at Las Gabias, a village in Granada, 50 traditional recipes have been included in a book called ‘El aliño de mi memoria’. The goal of this initiative is to make elders exercise their minds to prevent and fight diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
