In his bakery, Masa Bambini, based in the city centre of Seville, they make artisan and ecological bread using extra virgin olive oil as a preservative and salt as flavour enhancer. This master baker recovers traditional bread recipes, adding a touch of imagination. His products, made on demand, travel all around Spain and among his clients are Michelin starred chefs such as Julio Fernández and Carles Abellán.
