Loading...She reached the end of her medicine career, but during the same period she caught the theatre bug and ended up studying dramatic art in Madrid. Julia Ruiz founded in 2000 the Grenadian company LaSal Theatre. Since then she has produced over ten shows aimed at family audiences. With the most recent ‘Sin Palabras,’ winning the award at the Early Childhood awards at the Feten Festival 2016. ‘El Gran Traje’ was nominated at the 2003 MAX awards, a show that has now beaten 500 others.
