Scientists from Cádiz turn wine waste into healthy cookies and marmalade

Researchers of the University of Cádiz has given a gastronomic use to the waste of Jerez’s winery to make marmalades and cookies. This waste has a high content in antioxidants and fibre; o gives these products healthy properties.

  1. Perhaps a better word is wine bi-products. When you say waste it makes it sound not so appealing. Plus waste is something you can not use again. Plastic for example is not waste because you can recycle it. Good luck looks very interesting.
