Loading...Elders who live in nursing homes in Córdoba have enjoyed Christmas thanks to an initiative started by taxi drivers who have offered 60 cabs to give them a ride around the city centre. This way they could enjoy the lights that decorated Córdoba during Christmas without the physical limitations of their age. This initiative called ‘A ride through excitement’ was started 10 years ago. Last Christmas more than 250 elders from thirteen senior homes in Córdoba have recovered illusion, coming back to their childhood for a while.
