A novel includes tourist routes to relive the story in the streets of Granada

The possibility to relive the scenes of a book by visiting some of the places where the plot unfolds is the opportunity that Victoria Eugenia Muñoz gives us with her new novel ‘Huyendo a Granada‘ (‘Fleeing to Granada’), which includes two tourist routes that pass through some of the most remarkable places visited by the main characters of the book.

App Atalaya3D: the heritage of the Andalusian Universities in your pocket

The University of Granada coordinates the project Atalaya3D, a mobile app  that allows users to discover the most singular art works and buildings that belong to the ten Andalusian public universities. It provides access to pictures, descriptions, videos and 3D reproductions of those pieces or buildings that have been digitalized.

Soniquete, the digital hand-clapper for guitarists and flamenco dancers

The Soniquete App is the creation of Jerónimo Utrilla, a music teacher who envisioned the technology as an opportunity for guitarists and flamenco dancers. This mobile app replaces a hand clapper, or “palmero”, during rehearsals. The user can set beats, speed, rises and scoring according to the piece or choreography working without the need of having a palmero in person.
