Andrés Muro recovered the tradition of manufacturing marble mortars, which had been lost for decades in Spain, and he did it creating the necessary tools and machinery for their industrial production. Today, all marble mortar manufacturers in Spain use the tools he created. Famous chefs like Karlos Arguiñano or José Andrés use his mortars, which have been even shown on TV. These pieces of craft are sold in Spain, the United States, Germany and France.
