Antonio de María, an endorsement of half a century to guide Andalusian restaurateurs

Antonio de María started working as a bellhop at the Playa Victoria hotel in his hometown, Cádiz, when he was 14. That hooked him up and gave him the possibility to know people and discover languages. That child has just turned 51 years in the profession. He is the president of HORECA, the entity that represents the hotel and catering sectors in Cádiz, since 1988.
