Emilio Pérez, a critical view of the world through the engraving technique

Emilio Javier Pérez, born in Almería, has a degree in Fine Arts and loved painting since he was a boy. Painting was his great passion, however, this changed when a professor of the School of Art of Almería taught him the engraving technique. He has two passions now that help him to express his critical view of the world, what he calls ‘oneiric surrealism’. He has created almost 10,000 works, which have been exhibited in Spain, Germany, Italy or the United States. He has participated in 48 individual and 50 collective exhibitions.
