Paqui Ferrer, reclaiming the value of thinking minds in Andalusian agriculture

The vocation of Paqui Ferrer to know the world of agriculture, in and outside the crops, has taken her to become the first woman entering the Parquenat Governing Council in the 21 years of history of this cooperative from Almería. She entered there in 2003 as a collaborative partner and after 11 years of effort she managed to be full partner. She has been bonded to agriculture since she was a little girl and today she is part of the decision making process of the cooperative. This fighter encourages all the women who work in the crops to follow their dreams and to break into a world that has traditionally belonged to men.
