Javier Recio, animation for cinema and advertising which has walked the Oscars’ Red Carpet

Javier Recio has always loved drawing. He arrived to Andalusia when he was 2 years old and at the age of 25 he started his career in animation. At Kandor Graphics, a company based in Granada, he directed the short animation ‘The Lady and the Reaper’ which was nominated for an Oscar. He has worked as a cartoonist and story board creator at Dreamworks for five years, where he collaborated on four films. Today Javier Recio is a freelance worker who works in cinema and advertising.
