Entrepreneurs from Malaga have created the first mobile app in the world to handle veterinary emergencies. It’s called UVI24 and is a 24 hour emergency network for pets all through Spain. With a simple call, they geolocate the emergency and suggest the nearest care service.

After a summer with a high incidence of fire the town of Mijas, in Málaga, has started using an app that permits citizens sending an alert in case of emergency. Apart from making a call it also sends the exact location at the same time. Firemen have started using it improving their response time.
