Patricio Vázquez, artisan jams that bring sweetness to Europe

Patricio Vázquez was born in Constantina, in the Sierra Norte of Seville. When he was a boy, he observed his grandmother and his mother when they made jam.  Those recipes were the seed of Obrador Valle de la Osa, the company he founded in 2004. He produces artisan jams of thirty-two different flavours, made with local fruits and vegetables. These jams are sold in the United Kingdom, Germany and France.
