Loading...Four in ten accidents in Spain are due to distracted drivers, such as mobile phone use amongst other causes, according to the Directorate-General of Traffic. Given this fact, a business set up by young people from Andalusia has developed an app, called Mutting, which prevents mobile use whilst the vehicle is moving. The mobile does not receive calls or notifications and anyone trying to contact the driver receives a message to let them know that they are behind the wheel.
