Loading...In a calm, intimate space, the mothers who have just given birth in the Virgen del Rocío Hospital in Seville have their questions answered with the help of the midwives at the health centre. They are given information to counteract the myths and false beliefs surrounding breastfeeding and care of the baby during its first weeks of life. Around one hundred mothers come each month to this postnatal classroom, the first of its kind within the Andalusian health system.
