Recycling and technology in a school project that promotes a healthy lifestyle

Thanks to the ‘Care for yourself, care for it’ programme, the students of the San Pascual Bailón Public School and the citizens of the Granada town of Pinos Puente have learnt how to follow a healthy lifestyle. The project includes the creation of an organic garden and a health park, where they can exercise. They also distributed QR codes around the village that link to videos containing information about the place and health advice. This initiative is part of the ‘Andalusia, better with science’ program, and received the Spanish Learning Service Award 2016 in the pre-school and primary school category.
