The University Hospital Complex of Granada is the only centre in Spain that participates in a European project about genetic testing that aims to offer patients personalized treatments. 8,000 from all over Europe have participated in it. The project has a budget of 15 million euros.

Mendelius: the genetics card game to help understanding of Mendel’s Laws of Inheritance
Mendelius is an educational card game which explains the genetic basis of inheritance. It was developed by Rafael Navajas, a researcher from the Genetics Department at the University of Granada, and is aimed at the public to teach them Mendel’s Laws of Inheritance.
