‘Destination, Equality’ is a documentary which is part of a plan by the Council of Cádiz aimed at promoting gender equality and getting rid of sexist stereotypes. Secondary school students in the area will analyse its content with the help of their teachers, to work and debate on the issue.
Born in Zuheros (Córdoba), Remedios Zafra has a doctorate and an Arts degree; and also a degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Currently she teaches Arts, Gender Studies and Digital Culture Studies at the University of Seville. Her papers about contemporary and feminist culture have received awards in Spain and internationally.
