Luis Segarra, the sweet taste of success that gets to Hilton and Sheraton hotels

Luis Segarra’s bakery started working 16 years ago with three workers and aiming to provide restaurants in Seville with good quality cakes. Today, ‘Flor de la Pasión’ produces a million and a half cakes a year. Two of their most important clients are Sheraton and Hilton. It has been a while since they export to the Arab Emirates and now the hay just entered the European market.
