Loading...Jesús Serrano started to cut Iberian ham just because he liked to eat it. He was trained as an engineer, what allowed him to design his own Iberian ham stand in order to hold it perfectly and make a good cut. In 2009, he founded the International School of Iberian Ham Cutters and, since then, he has focused his efforts on teaching. He has trained more than 5,000 cutters from Spain and different countries in Europe, Asia and Latin America. His new culinary bet is based on Iberian ham’s sensory meetings for gourmets, where ham combines with other gastronomic delicacies.
