Ana Redondo, perseverance in chess to go to the Olympics as a member of the Spain National Team

When she was seven years old, she signed up for chess classes as an after school activity. Back then, she didn’t know anything about the sport that would change his life. Ana Redondo lives in Almería and was u-18 Chess Champion of Spain 2017, despite she belongs to the u-16 category.

She assures that she never gives up in a game and that’s the reason why she has won several championships of Andalusia. The next goal of this member of the Reverté Minerals Chess Club, is competing in the Chess Olympics as a member of the Spain National Team.
